We’ve been working hard to grow Atlanta Trails for several years. Thanks to lots of hard work, Georgia's incredible outdoor beauty, and great feedback from our readers, we've become the premiere resource for trail info and outdoor adventure inspiration in the South.



We promote a healthy, active lifestyle in Georgia and beyond.
From soaring mountaintops to sandy beaches (and many urban trails in between), we’ve carefully mapped, profiled, photographed and published over 200 of Georgia’s best trails. Each trail takes considerable time and money to research, document and publish.

Unlike many trail books and websites, we never charge our readers for our content. We believe that inspiring, detailed trail info should be available for free, to everyone – and not hidden behind a subscription or buried in the cost of a book.
